I have more than 18 years experience in the fitness industry as a Les Mills Instructor, Personal trainer, Gym manager and now Studio owner.

My passion is to provide a safe friendly environment in which you can have fun and get fit. My specialty is women over 40, but we also have Bootcamp for the more energetic and stronger and classes for the over 60s.
